Your responsibilities will evolve through the following phases:
Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics
- Understand our product offerings, the logistics of getting them from vendors to customers, and the various sales support levels.
Phase 2 - Operations
- Engage with customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory controls, and financial management.
Phase 3 - Inside Sales/Project Management
- Transition from addressing customer inquiries to managing extensive projects.
Phase 4 - Outside Sales/Account Management
- Discover new business opportunities, drive product sales, negotiate contracts, and nurture relationships with customers and vendors.
Phase 5 - Leverage your training to explore your ideal career path within the organization.
