Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to reservation requests and accurately record details.Maintain the Opera Reservations system, including updating rates, validity dates, messages, and availability controls.Review no-shows from the previous day and provide details to the Assistant Front Office Manager for processing and follow-up.Ensure all reservations entered into the PMS system are current and accurate.Carefully review reservations for regular clients to confirm all information is precise, aiming to minimize check-in time.Monitor upcoming occupancy rates and implement stop-sell measures in the PMS when necessary, while advising the Front Office, Telephones, and ARS allotment holders.Create and update group master records, including rooming lists, arrival details, meals, and follow up on any missing information.
