Data Center Planning & Technical DesignDevelop:Campus planning (including ancillary buildings, substations, yards)Space planning in alignment with:MEP requirementsRedundancy strategies (N+1 / 2N)Integrate:Architecture with HVAC, electrical, and ELV systemsAddress:Fire compartmentationEgress and life safetySecurity zoning and access control layoutsPrepare permitting drawings for the data center site and campus, demonstrating a solid understanding of permitting requirements.3. Multidisciplinary Coordination (Critical)Lead the coordination efforts with:Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, and Structural teamsResolve:Spatial conflicts (MEP routing, plant spaces, clearances)Participate in:BIM coordination and clash detection reviewsEnsure:Comprehensive, constructible designsPermitting coordination with external consultants.4.
