Role overview
The Account Executive (All Genders) for Austria will play a key part in expanding wemolo’s presence in a core market. This position centers on developing the B2B business, working alongside colleagues, and taking ownership of revenue and customer growth in Austria.
What you will do
- Market expansion: Grow wemolo’s reach in Austria by promoting digital parking management solutions in cities throughout the country.
- Full sales cycle: Oversee the sales process from initial contact to contract closing, building relationships with new customers and securing important accounts.
- Account management and networking: Analyze accounts to identify decision-makers, manage relationships, and lead presentations and negotiations at all levels.
- Pipeline management: Use CRM tools and data analysis to monitor sales pipelines and track key performance indicators.
- Performance tracking: Monitor targets, qualify leads, prioritize opportunities, and help build a scalable sales pipeline.
- Team collaboration: Work with product, sales development, and operations teams to improve wemolo’s offerings and internal processes.
Requirements
- Background: Completed vocational training or a university degree, plus relevant work experience, ideally in sales.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, self-motivation, and a drive to support business growth.
