The Role:
As a Client Value Partner (CVP), you will be an integral part of our Value Engineering team, playing a vital role in driving Celonis’ growth strategy. This position involves leading substantial teams of Celonis experts to ensure the success and satisfaction of our most strategic clients in the Manufacturing/Automotive sector. You'll be at the forefront of data-driven business transformation, helping clients realize the full potential of Celonis.
The CVP serves as the primary advocate for customer success, acting as a trusted advisor to top-tier clients. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with C-Level Executives to define a long-term vision for leveraging Celonis to revolutionize their operations, while mobilizing essential resources. By working closely with cross-functional Celonis teams, you will drive significant business impact across various processes and expedite platform adoption. Additionally, you will champion innovative initiatives within Celonis and among clients, facilitating strategic changes that maximize value and promote business transformation.

Your Contributions:
Program Leadership & Engagement Management
- Forge and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, ensuring Celonis aligns with their strategic objectives.
- Oversee project staffing by utilizing resources from global cross-functional Celonis teams, including Servicing, Product, and Engineering.
- Guide clients on organizational design and the development of Centers of Excellence aimed at boosting platform adoption.
- Mentor and support team members, providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
Enhancing Customer Value
- Oversee the complete customer value journey, ensuring impactful outcomes that align with their strategic goals.
