Role Overview: Lead Full Stack Engineer (Node.js, React/Vue & AI Solutions) This Lead Full Stack Engineer role shapes the technical direction and execution of CoverGo’s enterprise insurance platform. The position combines hands-on development with leadership, guiding a team of engineers and mentoring colleagues. The role also champions the adoption of AI features to advance insurance technology. Key areas include making architectural decisions, setting development standards, and driving innovation across the platform. The Lead Full Stack Engineer focuses on scalable software design, supports team growth, and ensures ongoing delivery. This leadership role connects technology initiatives with business goals to deliver meaningful, intelligent solutions. Main Responsibilities Manage the full development lifecycle of the SaaS platform, from design and implementation through deployment and maintenance, ensuring projects meet both business and technical needs Lead and mentor Full Stack Engineers, supporting their professional development through coaching, feedback, and sharing knowledge Shape and execute the technical strategy for integrating AI, working closely with product and data teams to deliver features that improve automation, decision-making, and user experience Location Remote , Lalitpur, Bagmati Province, Nepal
