As a Senior Business Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to enhance and transform the firm's positioning with major clients in the financial services or energy sector.You will play a pivotal role in the business development of these key accounts, promoting the full range of the firm's services to high-level stakeholders, including C-level executives (such as Heads of Business Units, Strategy and Transformation Directors, CIOs, CHROs, Innovation Directors, and Digital and Data Directors).Within the Development Department, you will closely collaborate with the Partners and Directors of the firm to execute the following key tasks:1. Structuring and Leading the Strategic Account Development TeamCollaborate with the Development Director to structure the tools and practices for managing key accounts.Contribute to recruitment, manage, and develop the team of Business Account Managers.2. Account Management and Strategic PlanningCo-create and monitor the strategic account plan for the assigned account.Conduct strategic monitoring of the account and its sector.Analyze the client's environment and identify priority areas for targeting.Contribute to achieving commercial objectives related to the account.Define and oversee commercial action plans and associated indicators (e.g., revenue, margin, relationship intensity, number of meetings, client satisfaction).Prepare and facilitate account meetings, ensuring follow-up on commercial objectives measured by indicators and action plans.3. Business Development & Client RelationsPropose and manage marketing actions for the account with the support of the firm's Marketing and Communication Department.Plan and coordinate the activities necessary for the firm's success on the account, facilitating operational client relations.Initiate, assist in preparing, and lead client meetings alongside consulting teams to present the firm and its expertise while identifying new business opportunities.Ensure follow-up of client meetings by coordinating necessary actions to be taken by consulting teams.
