Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team during the night shift. In this critical role, you will apply your expertise in USP 797 standards to compound safe and effective medications, all under the guidance of our Pharmacists.
This position is onsite at our New Albany, Ohio facility, with night shifts available. A shift differential is offered for overnight hours.
Shift Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM on a rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule
Key Responsibilities:
Comply with all safety and environmental protocols as detailed in the Site SOPs and utilize appropriate PPE while performing daily tasks.
Efficiently compound sterile medications.
Conduct component preparation, formulate solutions, perform aseptic filling, inspect, and package filled units.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities in accordance with facility SOPs.
Assist in cleanroom suite responsibilities, including preparation of compounding materials, calibration of equipment, cleaning, dishwashing, and sterilization or depyrogenation tasks.
