Role Overview Cardoo is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition for Cardoo Watch. The role is based in New Cairo City, Cairo Governorate, Egypt. This position focuses on measurable growth through data-driven marketing and ongoing experimentation. Main Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others. Track and analyze campaign results using key metrics and KPIs, making adjustments to reach targets and improve return on investment. Run A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding to find the most effective combinations. Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to develop standout ad content and optimized landing pages. Oversee budgets, monitor spend, and forecast future investment based on campaign data. Monitor industry trends, platform changes, and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.
