As the General Manager of our vibrant full-service diner, you will take the helm of all operations, guaranteeing the delivery of top-notch food and outstanding guest experiences. Your leadership will extend across both front and back-of-house activities, where you'll manage budgets, nurture talent, and uphold a friendly, efficient, and profitable dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the daily operations of the diner, overseeing kitchen, dining area, and staff management.
- Recruit, train, and lead front and back-of-house personnel to ensure excellence in service and food quality.
- Assess guest satisfaction and swiftly resolve any service-related issues or concerns.
- Control labor, food, and operational expenditures to align with financial objectives.
- Guarantee adherence to all health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations.
- Foster vendor partnerships and oversee inventory management to maintain quality and cost efficiency.
- Plan and schedule staff in accordance with volume demands and service goals.
- Ensure the diner’s cleanliness, ambiance, and branding are consistently upheld.
- Devise and execute marketing strategies to enhance traffic and boost sales.
