Under the guidance of the Associate Benefits Opportunity Specialist III, you will oversee the eligibility determination process, ensuring that our clients receive the financial planning and economic support they need. Your expertise in supervisory roles, program development, and quantitative analysis will be crucial in achieving the goals of the FIA and its various components.
Key responsibilities include monitoring team workflows, reviewing case reports for accuracy, liaising with the Rental Assistance Unit, and conducting regular assessments to streamline service delivery. You will manage a team that assists applicants in identifying barriers to employment and connecting them with necessary resources, ensuring comprehensive service delivery to promote individual and family self-sufficiency.
