The Growth Strategy team plays a pivotal role in shaping how EliseAI is perceived, valued, and positioned in the marketplace. We take charge of the platform's identity and every product within it, designing and implementing high-impact growth strategies that propel the company forward and generate leads.
Operating like a startup within a startup, Growth Strategy is driven by the intensity and ownership of a founding team, leveraging the resources, market access, and product depth of a well-funded Series E company. Our mission is to take products and platform capabilities from vague to sharply defined, executing against that positioning across all market touchpoints. This role demands deep cross-functional collaboration (with Product, Sales, Engineering, Leadership) and founder-level responsibility from day one.
Team members are expected to embody the best of EliseAI: strategic thinkers with a profound understanding of context, technical proficiency, and complete ownership of execution. You will transition smoothly between crafting compelling product narratives and building the automated systems that enable large-scale delivery, balancing go-to-market strategies with direct engagement with data, tools, and infrastructure to bring these plans to fruition.
