Join superdial as a Payer Relations Lead, where you will take charge of our national payer strategy and enhance partnerships across both commercial and government health plans. This senior leadership position is designed for an experienced payer professional who possesses a deep understanding of payer decision-making processes, innovative contract structuring, and the intricacies of contemporary reimbursement models.
You will be responsible for the complete payer partnership lifecycle, from expanding relationships and negotiating impactful agreements to establishing systems that promote scalable collaboration between our platform and the payer ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance Payer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers across the nation.
Manage Payer Partnerships: Oversee the entire lifecycle, from initial engagement and negotiations to execution, renewal, and ongoing relationship management.
Drive Negotiations: Advocate for network participation and agreements on reimbursement and data-sharing that enhance access and economic viability.
Develop Payer Strategy: Define strategies to create mutual value, optimize reimbursement, and ensure operational alignment across various markets.
Implement Contracting Infrastructure: Create systems for contract management, compliance, and performance monitoring that are scalable and repeatable.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Product and Product Operations teams to align payer requirements with product capabilities and workflows.
Act as Payer Expert: Provide insights to leadership on payer policies, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in reimbursement.
Lead a Payer Partnerships Team: Build and mentor a team to operationalize and expand payer relationships.
About You:
A minimum of 15 years of experience in building and managing payer relationships within the healthcare sector, including health plans, MSOs, or tech-driven provider organizations.
Established credibility and deep connections within the payer ecosystem.
Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing contracts across commercial and government sectors.
In-depth knowledge of reimbursement frameworks, payment methodologies, and healthcare economics.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
