About The Role
As the Product Solutions Lead, you will blend technical expertise, customer-centricity, and leadership skills. You will act as a product subject matter expert while managing and nurturing a team of 3 to 5 Product Solutions Analysts.
Your responsibilities include ensuring high-quality technical investigations, effective customer communications, and adherence to consistent execution standards throughout the team. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, operational diligence, and the ability to mentor and uplift others in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for EliseAI’s product suite, investigating complex technical challenges (SQL, logs, APIs) and pinpointing root causes with significant business implications.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to facilitate efficient issue resolution and influence roadmap strategies.
Oversee and cultivate a team of 3 to 5 Product Solutions Analysts, providing real-time coaching and continuous performance assessments.
Lead the onboarding process for new hires and ongoing training initiatives to enhance product knowledge and technical skills.
