The Role
As a Sales Development Representative II (SDR II), you will be instrumental in generating and nurturing leads, focusing on outbound prospecting and qualifying incoming inquiries from mid-market and enterprise clients. This position is tailored for seasoned SDRs with a proven track record of achieving quotas, seeking increased responsibility, autonomy, and influence.
You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to refine our messaging, experiment with innovative outbound strategies, and contribute to the scaling of our go-to-market efforts.
Responsibilities
Lead outbound prospecting initiatives through email, phone, and LinkedIn to cultivate a qualified sales pipeline.
Evaluate and qualify inbound leads via discovery calls, assessing fit and urgency.
Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives, prioritizing pipeline quality over quantity.
Customize messaging based on persona, industry, and use case to effectively engage security and IT decision-makers.
Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance account strategies and deepen engagement within target accounts.
Ensure meticulous tracking of activities and pipeline management within the CRM system.
Provide feedback from prospects to Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign strategies.
Exemplify strong SDR fundamentals, demonstrating consistency and ownership in your work.
Ideal Candidate
You possess 1.5–3+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR with a history of achieving or surpassing quotas.
You are adept at conducting discovery conversations and independently qualifying opportunities.
You have excellent outbound skills and enjoy testing new messaging and sales tactics.
You thrive in a performance-driven environment and have a passion for driving results.
