You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end enterprise implementations from the signed contract to the platform go-live, collaborating closely with legal and marketing teams at some of the world's largest organizations.What You'll DoOwn complete enterprise implementations – Manage the process from contract signing to platform launch for legal and marketing teams.Conduct stakeholder mapping – Identify executive sponsors, key users, potential blockers, and champions within each client's organization.Build and manage implementation project plans – Establish milestones, assign owners, and set a weekly status cadence.Scope and sequence deployment – Determine the order of rollout across departments, regions, and use cases.Coordinate technical integrations – Oversee SSO, data flow configuration, API setup, and security reviews in collaboration with customer IT teams.Navigate organizational dynamics – Manage competing priorities among stakeholders to unblock implementation milestones and sustain project momentum.Create implementation-specific documentation – Develop configuration documents, initial training materials, and runbooks to support the rollout process.
