In this role, you will take ownership of the user-facing product development from inception to deployment: crafting sleek, high-performance interfaces, establishing front-end technical strategies, and utilizing AI-enhanced tools to expedite the development process. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering teams to translate complex enterprise workflows into seamless and scalable front-end solutions.This is a hands-on senior position that offers substantial ownership—perfect for individuals who thrive on building, mentoring through demonstration, and elevating the standards of front-end quality throughout the product.What You’ll DoLead the front-end architecture for critical product surfaces, making informed decisions regarding state management, data retrieval, performance, and scalability.Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript.Design, build, and refine a shared component library and design system to ensure consistency, usability, and maintainability as the product evolves.Work closely with backend engineers to define API contracts (REST/SSE/GraphQL) and facilitate efficient data flow between the front-end and back-end systems.Create AI-first, real-time user experiences, including dynamic components that react to backend and model outputs.Utilize AI-assisted development tools (code generation, refactoring, testing, linting, review) as essential elements of your workflow to enhance productivity while maintaining high code quality.Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to translate UX concepts and wireframes into production-ready features, proactively identifying edge cases, trade-offs, and implementation challenges.Champion performance, accessibility, and quality across the front-end stack, ensuring optimal load times, responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.Establish and maintain high engineering standards: produce clean, testable code; lead by example in code reviews; and help define best practices for the team.
