Oversee the art direction and visual guidelines for Blank Street’s social and content channels. Lead the creative direction, feedback, and development of the content team. Transform our social media presence into a coherent and scalable visual system. Utilize insights and performance data to guide future creative endeavors. Collaborate with producers, creators, and marketers to deliver purposeful and refined work. Who We Seek A strong aesthetic sensibility and a well-defined, defendable creative perspective. Proven track record in leading and nurturing creative teams. A profound understanding of social media as a creative medium, beyond just marketing.
