Role overview
The Strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) works at the intersection of sales, marketing, operations, and product. This role focuses on identifying and engaging potential enterprise customers, generating outbound leads, and qualifying inbound inquiries. SDRs collaborate closely with territory sales teams and play a part in both opportunity and talent pipelines. There is potential for growth into other roles within the Go-To-Market team.
What you will do
- Research and prospect target accounts, working with Account Executives to start meaningful conversations.
- Follow up on and qualify inbound leads, providing feedback to marketing and helping refine campaigns.
- Share insights from frequent market interactions, helping improve processes and maintain data quality.
- Contribute ideas to improve SDR processes, messaging, and sales strategies, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
