Conducting thorough qualitative and quantitative analyses to assess AI/ML solutions, including evaluations of build vs. buy options, ROI calculations, and vendor assessments. Leading change management initiatives alongside key stakeholders to ensure seamless tool adoption, effective communication of impacts, and continuous feedback mechanisms. Translating technical AI capabilities into straightforward recommendations for leadership, delivering strategic updates and results with clarity and confidence. Establishing governance frameworks and best practices for responsible AI use that safeguard Faherty’s data integrity, brand values, and team trust. Staying ahead of emerging AI trends and competitive applications within the retail and apparel sectors to proactively identify opportunities for innovation.
