The Associate Director, Digital Partnerships at Mediabrands guides digital media partnership strategies for client accounts. What you will do
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on market intelligence, negotiations, and partnership requirements. Oversee daily operations and hold the team accountable.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Analytics, and Comms Design teams to align on client KPIs and manage expectations for digital partnerships.
- Lead the development, recommendation, and execution of partnership plans, supporting proposals with research and rationale to secure client approval.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to support professional growth within the team. Maintain clear strategies, budgets, and objectives for the Digital Partnerships group.
- Recommend partners using advanced data analytics and strategic fit to help clients achieve their KPIs.
- Support new business pitches related to digital partnerships.
- Coordinate with all Mediabrands Strategic Business Units to improve integration and effectiveness with client operations.
- Assist with aggregate negotiations across digital media channels through MAGNA.
