About The Role:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process from candidate screening to verbal offer for various roles.
- Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to grasp role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen a large volume of resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate the collection of feedback.
- Guide candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, conducting both virtual and onsite interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate activity records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as necessary.
- Achieve time-to-fill goals and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with Talent Acquisition ad hoc projects as required.
