We are seeking a Head of Meetings Operations to lead and expand the engine behind one of Vendelux's most rapidly growing offerings: a fully managed meetings service that facilitates thousands of qualified meetings each month for our clients.
In this role, you will oversee personnel, processes, operational frameworks, and product specifications that drive customer success. You will lead a team of Campaign Managers and cold callers, establish systems that ensure predictable and scalable outreach, and act as the crucial link between execution, customer success, and product development.
You thrive in both high-level strategic planning and detailed execution. You can formulate a strategic operating model in the morning and troubleshoot campaign performance issues in the afternoon. Proactively identifying and resolving challenges is second nature to you.
