In this pivotal role, you will enhance relationships with existing enterprise clients, collaborating directly with General Counsels, Chief Legal Officers, and Legal Operations leaders to comprehend their evolving needs and pinpoint strategies for broadening PERSUIT’s strategic influence within their organizations.This high-impact position carries sales quotas and involves managing a portfolio of Fortune 1000 customers, where you will play a key role in driving growth through upselling, cross-selling, and optimizing accounts.Key Responsibilities:Account Growth Strategy: Formulate and implement strategic account plans to extend PERSUIT’s presence within existing enterprise clients.Relationship Development: Foster long-term, trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, aligning our solutions with their business objectives.Value Expansion: Uncover opportunities to introduce new use cases, product features, and services that provide additional value.Executive Engagement: Conduct regular executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions to reinforce PERSUIT’s value proposition and identify new opportunities.Collaboration for Success: Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and facilitate successful expansion initiatives.Forecasting & Reporting: Keep accurate account plans, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasts, providing updates and insights to leadership.Customer Advocacy: Empower clients to become references, case study participants, and advocates within the legal tech community.Market Expertise: Remain informed about legal industry trends, procurement priorities, and client challenges to guide account strategies.Preference will be given to candidates in the Central and Eastern time zones.
