The Role:
As a Facilities and Project Management Associate, you will be pivotal in executing our corporate facilities strategy. Your responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and delivering a variety of facilities projects, from workplace refreshes and minor renovations to large-scale office buildouts, relocations, and decommissioning efforts. You will act as a hands-on project manager, ensuring that all facilities initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives. Your role will also maintain safe, efficient, and high-performing workplaces. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to translate business needs into effective, scalable facilities solutions. This position will oversee Facilities Management and Operations for specific East Coast properties in four locations: New York City, Delaware, North Carolina, and Jacksonville. This is an on-site position reporting to Corporate Real Estate as part of the Facilities Team.
