This part-time Abstraction Training Developer role supports that mission by creating and maintaining training content for Flatiron’s abstraction team. The position is approximately 20 hours per week and can be based in the New York office or remote within the US.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and publish training materials using WalkMe, Articulate Rise 360, and other authoring tools. Build content from drafts and specifications, making sure it’s accurate, visually consistent, and follows design standards.
- Manage the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS): handle user accounts, configure courses, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Respond to ZenDesk support tickets related to learning content, LMS access, and learner support.
- Deploy, track, and maintain all training assets within the learning ecosystem.
- Work closely with Abstraction Training Managers to understand content needs and deliver learning solutions on schedule.
- Find and implement ways to improve content development workflows and the administration of learning platforms.
