Role overview The Senior Product Marketing Manager shapes how Peec AI is perceived in the market. This role defines and refines product positioning, messaging, and the overall narrative. Collaboration is central: work closely with Growth, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to turn Peec AI’s offerings into stories that connect with customers and influence the industry. The position offers the chance to help set the voice and direction of a company working at the forefront of AI-driven search. What you will do Develop and sharpen positioning and messaging for Peec AI’s Ideal Customer Profile, ensuring it stays relevant and credible. Work closely with product teams and maintain strong customer relationships to gather insights that improve messaging. Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, including major events and ongoing releases. Appear on camera for product demos, launch videos, webinars, and other customer-facing content as needed. Experiment with new ways to deliver messages across channels, making each communication count. Build and manage a voice-of-customer program, turning feedback and research into actionable insights for positioning and product development. Stay informed about competitors and trends in this rapidly changing category, sharing updates with the team. Define and manage Ideal Customer Profile and market segmentation alongside Sales and Growth teams. Partner with Content, Brand, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a clear, consistent narrative across all platforms. Requirements Experience in product marketing, especially with SaaS or technology products. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create narratives that engage customers. Familiarity with analytics tools and a solid understanding of the SEO landscape. Background in working with cross-functional teams, particularly in growth and product development. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into practical insights. Self-motivated and interested in technology and innovation. Location This position is based in New York City.
