Role Overview:
We are in search of a strategic and seasoned professional to join our Global Partnerships team as a Senior Manager. This essential role entails comprehensive ownership and management of one of OpenTable's key global partnerships, which encompasses both our B2B (restaurant) and B2C (diner) segments. The ideal candidate will thrive in high-stakes situations, engage confidently with C-suite executives, and demonstrate expertise in complex business development, including negotiating and finalizing transformative deals as well as exceptional strategic partner management to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the vision, strategy, and successful implementation of a pivotal global partnership that is vital to OpenTable’s expansion.
In the future, this position is expected to broaden its responsibilities to include additional strategic partners, further enhancing OpenTable's global partnerships portfolio.
Facilitate intricate negotiations and contracting processes, with a focus on deal structure and terms that foster strategic value and growth for OpenTable.
Promote cross-functional collaboration among Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to guarantee the seamless execution and achievement of partnership objectives.
Serve as the primary relationship steward, maintaining regular engagement with C-suite and senior leadership both internally and within the partner organization.
Address ambiguous or complex partnership challenges, acting as a decisive problem-solver to sustain momentum and meet key performance metrics.
Formulate and oversee the joint business plan, OKRs, and performance metrics for the partnership, providing routine, clear updates to senior management regarding strategy and outcomes.
