As a senior-level individual contributor within our design team, you will collaborate with Clinical Experience, Member Experience, and Care Delivery teams to create engaging experiences across mobile, web, and in-practice interactions, ensuring that every point of contact with Atria is seamless, intuitive, and profoundly human-centered.This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on design work—you will define our design vision, uphold high standards of quality, and drive the advancement of our design systems. You will work closely with product, engineering, design, operations, and clinical teams to transform complex healthcare data and personalized care into emotionally engaging and operationally effective experiences. The ideal candidate is a design leader with a proven history of delivering category-defining work, preferably in health tech or consumer wellness, who excels at navigating the intersection of vision and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Strategy & LeadershipDefine, advocate for, and refine a multi-year design vision and strategy for the Atria experience, aligned with company objectives and product roadmap.Act as the principal design voice in strategic discussions, influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Promote a member-first mindset, ensuring high craftsmanship, empathy, and meticulous attention to detail in all design choices.End-to-End Experience OwnershipOversee design for high-impact initiatives from concept through to launch across multiple platforms and touchpoints.Ensure design quality surpasses typical healthcare standards and aligns with the luxurious physical experience at the Atria Institute.Advance Atria's design system into a premier language, ensuring scalability and brand consistency across all mediums.
