About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Senior Product Manager to spearhead our Provider Acquisition team. Your primary objective will be to foster sustainable user acquisition and revenue growth through strategic, data-driven search marketing initiatives and product enhancements. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Design teams, you will cultivate scalable growth systems that enhance our search visibility and optimize conversion performance. The ideal candidate excels in a metrics-driven setting, possesses a strong background in search marketing, and is enthusiastic about utilizing product innovation to drive growth.
Your Responsibilities at Headway:
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that incorporates SEO, SEM, and product initiatives to boost provider acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to create features, landing pages, and user experiences that enhance our ability to discover and onboard new providers across various segments.
- Work alongside content and marketing teams to synchronize the SEO content strategy with the product roadmap and overarching business goals.
- Design, execute, and refine referral programs, invitation flows, and affiliate networks to expedite acquisition.
