About the Role

Our marketing efforts have primarily focused on generating new business, fostering customer relationships through events, and showcasing customer success stories on our website and LinkedIn. With the growth of our business and marketing team, a key priority is to breathe life into our brand across paid and organic social channels, our website, and events.
In this position, you will collaborate with the marketing, communications, and brand design teams to devise and implement a strategy that fosters community engagement in discussions surrounding purpose-driven technology. You will highlight the impactful work our customers undertake to address some of the world's most pressing challenges and create platforms for timely dialogues. We are searching for a visionary creator and strategist who can articulate our social strategy and effectively extend the Peregrine brand across diverse channels and audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel and audience strategies for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and any additional channels you recommend. Establish success metrics, tracking performance, optimization, reporting, and analytics for all social content and campaigns.
- Create high-quality, original content, encompassing videos, graphics, and posts. Transform live content into Shorts, highlight reels, blog articles, and platform-specific moments.
- Collaborate with the growth marketing team on both paid and organic social campaigns, and work with the brand team on awareness initiatives.
- Innovate with new creative formats, storytelling techniques, and distribution strategies to enhance reach and engagement.
