About the job
Why Choose Charlie Health?
At Charlie Health, we understand the challenges faced by millions grappling with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Often, individuals encounter significant barriers to accessing care, including limited local options and lengthy wait times, leaving them feeling unsupported and overlooked.
Our mission is to revolutionize the behavioral healthcare landscape by connecting individuals to personalized, life-saving treatment. We provide virtual care that fosters deep connections, between clients and clinicians, care teams, loved ones, and their supportive communities. By focusing on those with complex needs, we aim to expand access to meaningful care and improve outcomes from the comfort of home.
As a rapidly expanding organization, we are reaching more communities daily and assembling a team that is reshaping the future of behavioral health treatment. If you are eager to leverage your skills to make a lasting impact and help individuals access the care they deserve, we would be thrilled to connect with you.
About the Role
Charlie Health is a leader in high-acuity virtual behavioral care, having successfully delivered life-saving treatment to over 100,000 clients nationwide. Our clinical staff consists of two primary groups: Primary Therapists, who offer one-on-one care, and Group Facilitators (GFs), who conduct essential group sessions that are pivotal to the care experience. GFs represent our largest and most widely distributed clinical workforce, and our primary challenge is to empower them to provide consistent, high-quality care at scale. The Facilitator Success team is responsible for developing systems that enhance the preparation, delivery, and continuous improvement of this care.
Your role will involve creating products that equip facilitators to approach every session with knowledge, confidence, and effectiveness. This will entail providing access to comprehensive client care histories at critical moments, generating structured session summaries, and designing playbooks and workflows that assist facilitators in real-time. Additionally, you will focus on enhancing the measurability of care quality, transforming complex clinical interactions into actionable insights that foster feedback, coaching, and ongoing development.
If you are passionate about developing tools that allow clinical staff to prioritize care over administrative tasks, this is the team for you.
