Position: Go-To-Market Engineer (Revenue Systems & Pipeline Infrastructure)
We are looking for a skilled Go-To-Market Engineer to develop and enhance our systems that facilitate pipeline generation for our go-to-market strategies. This technical role sits at the crossroads of Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
You will be responsible for designing and managing the infrastructure that identifies high-intent accounts, enriches and prioritizes them, triggers engagement based on real-time signals, and directs opportunities into the right workflows.
Additionally, you will manage critical elements of our marketing and outbound technology stack, including integrations, data flows, and AI-driven workflows, ensuring all operations are scalable, measurable, and aligned with revenue goals.
This role demands a high level of initiative and ownership, with the capacity to independently identify opportunities, devise solutions, and lead implementation efforts. You will join a compact Revenue Operations and Growth team, functioning as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment without a large operational team or existing playbook. We are building rapidly and seek an individual who thrives in this dynamic setting.
In close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams, you will ensure that our targeting, outreach, and reporting systems work cohesively and continuously improve.
