About the Role
To realize our goal of serving 80,000-100,000 Fellows over the next decade, Braven is seeking a dynamic Director of Post-Accelerator Strategy. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate across teams to spearhead initiatives that empower students to secure meaningful postgraduate opportunities, which is our ultimate objective. As a key member of the Design team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the Post-Accelerator programming strategy, continuously adapting our approach based on emerging insights, data, and research to enhance impact.
This position is part of the Product team and reports directly to the Head of Design.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Vision & Direction (45%):
- Leverage data and research to create and refine our strategy for supporting students post-Accelerator, aiming for strong first opportunity outcomes.
- Engage in thorough analysis and collaborative processes to adjust strategy as necessary, ensuring alignment with the Head of Design and Chief Product Officer (CPO).
Management of Pilot Initiatives (30%):
- Design and oversee strategic pilot initiatives to address critical needs in Post-Accelerator programming, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Work closely with the Research Team to establish learning objectives and evaluate pilot outcomes, making clear recommendations for the strategic path forward.
- Lead pilot execution, coordinating cross-functional efforts, timelines, and resources for effective implementation.
- Share insights with the broader team and facilitate collaborative decision-making regarding Post-Accelerator interventions.
Lateral Leadership & Collaboration (25%): Foster strong partnerships across teams to achieve common goals and enhance program effectiveness.
