As a key collaborator, you will employ a data-driven approach to identify challenges and implement sustainable solutions.Your Responsibilities:Implement key strategies defined by the Quality Manager/Senior Quality Manager, such as staffing initiatives, documentation verification, and special projects.Lead, coach, and develop your team, conducting performance management in line with HelloFresh standards to ensure optimal performance.Oversee the staffing and management of your direct reports, ensuring appropriate roles are advertised and conducting interviews as needed.Champion the training and onboarding process, ensuring all training materials are current and relevant, facilitating the successful integration of new associates.Manage scheduling and coverage within the distribution center, ensuring a salaried Food Safety & Quality leader is present whenever associates are on-site.Ensure availability of necessary tools and technology for your team to perform their duties effectively.
