Key Responsibilities Panel Maintenance Negotiate physician agreement terms, factoring in client fee schedules and turnaround time (TAT) requirements. Support the management of current physicians by maintaining: Up-to-date physician profile instructions Current fee structures Doctor group affiliations Processes for deactivating and reactivating physicians W9 remit-to information Research and reach out to identify new panel options as needed. Administer onboarding for new physicians, including: Completing agreements, applications, CVs, W9s, and NPDB checks Working with network leadership to set fees Providing dictation and access instructions as required Maintain positive panel relations through: In-person representation and recruitment Clinic visits to engage and support block-time physicians Assisting with scheduling to improve operations Recruit and manage physicians in key regional markets to support Washington L & I clinic IME exam services, ensuring the network covers a range of physician specialties. Address licensing and certification needs for physicians interested in recording and committing to blocked clinic days as required. Conduct in-person recruitment and relationship management visits with current and prospective panel physicians to strengthen engagement and retention. Source and fulfill urgent open service requests, providing daily updates on recruitment efforts.
