Performing required home visits for in-person assessments, ensuring accurate evaluations of participants' home environments and care needs. Timely preparation of documentation from LOC assessments for state review, addressing queries to expedite the review process for participants. Managing administrative tasks and communications with the state and central ERD. Interacting cross-functionally with central ERD and IDT, tracking assessment completions, and ensuring timely LOC submissions. Attending center events as directed by your supervisor or the MOE Director.
