Are you a dedicated and reliable individual with a passion for customer service? Our Site Manager is eager to welcome an experienced Customer Services Advisor to our enthusiastic and customer-focused team. In this role, you will assist both internal and external customers regarding the collection and delivery of their parcels.
You will collaborate closely with our Drivers, Shift Managers, and Operations Managers to identify challenges, proactively troubleshoot, and take ownership of resolving these issues. Your focus will include:
- Responding to inquiries related to delivery statuses and providing Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Conducting detailed investigations for missing parcels and resolving delivery disputes.
- Promoting our services and products to both new and existing customers.
