Join us as an Internal Sales Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in managing our existing customer accounts while also seeking to expand our business to meet branch objectives through exceptional sales service.
Your responsibilities will include delivering outstanding customer support to our key clients, whether over the phone, in-person at the branch, or via email, all aimed at enhancing customer loyalty.
You will oversee a dynamic portfolio of current customers and proactively pursue new customers, transforming them into profitable accounts. As the first point of contact for key account clients, you will understand their individual needs, build strong relationships, and expand your client portfolio.
Additionally, you may assist the broader branch team by working at the Trade Counter and handling product picking and packing in our warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.
