Our mission is to catalyze creative and integrated solutions for our partners both in Denmark and across the globe.JOB SUMMARY:The Senior Program Manager collaborates closely with the leadership and staff of the DENWERX innovation hub to oversee the investigation, design, implementation, and support of innovative tech challenges and various technology transfer initiatives. This role is pivotal in developing initiatives that attract and engage submissions from businesses, universities, and individual innovators. The Senior Program Manager works proactively with DENWERX's government partners, economic development professionals, business associations, academic consortia, and other key stakeholders. This position provides expertise in cost, schedule, and performance across all projects and innovation opportunities while aligning with the Hub Director and the DENWERX team to ensure the program's growth and alignment with national security priorities.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Assist team roles in project planning, tracking, systems optimization, tech evaluation, activity reporting, promotional messaging, and market research.Work alongside team members to scout, validate, and integrate technical and planning tools to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness.Cultivate and maintain tech and process-focused relationships with GWX and other DoD/Industry/Academia stakeholders, as well as other innovation hubs.Supervise, mentor, and develop the project team, contributing to the selection of new team members.Identify and establish new partnerships with organizations and networks to expand marketing and communication efforts, promoting content and project opportunities.Enhance processes with marketing and events teams to engage leads in industry and government sectors.Provide strategic input and collaboration to the Director.Attend key engagements to represent GLOBALWERX at technology and industry forums, showcases, events, and speeches.
