About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Account Development Manager to enhance the success of our global customer base. In this role, you will onboard knowledge workers, helping them maximize productivity with Wrike and addressing their inquiries. Your mission is to comprehend customer objectives, provide tailored best practices, and showcase the value of Wrike. You will engage proactively with customers, sharing insights on the most effective use of our platform.

Your Impact:
- Understand customer use cases and workflows to deliver optimal guidance on Wrike usage.
- Proactively contact customers to enhance their Wrike experience and share best practices via email and phone (approximately 80% of your time will be spent on calls).
- Maximize customer lifetime value by helping them realize the full potential of the product.
- Encourage adoption across customer teams.
- Enhance Net Retention through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, etc.).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
- A keen business acumen and problem-solving mindset.
