Innovam is looking for an Inside Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships in the passenger cars and retail segment. This position is based in Nieuwegein, Utrecht, with a mix of office and remote work. The role supports clients in the automotive industry, focusing on building and maintaining strong connections with existing customers.
What You Will Do
- Respond to customer questions through email, phone, or chat.
- Manage client information and handle bookings and appointments.
- Advise regional businesses on technical and skills-focused products and services.
- Follow up on warm leads from outside account managers and conduct outbound sales with current and new clients.
- Support users of Pulse, Innovam's HR service, and identify ways to improve service quality.
- Record customer interactions and appointments in administrative systems.
- Share insights and experiences with account managers and colleagues across teams.
How You Work
Inside Account Managers at Innovam collaborate closely, sharing knowledge and supporting each other. The role requires attention to customer needs, adapting offers when standard solutions do not fit, and ensuring each client feels understood and valued.
About the Team
The Passenger Cars Retail team includes 35 colleagues who serve universal automotive companies, dealer holdings, dealers, and other retail businesses in the mobility sector.
