People X launches multiple Information Security Traineeships throughout the year, where you will be trained by specialists with practical experience to become an Information Security Officer (ISO), Privacy Officer, Cyber Security Specialist, or Cybersecurity Consultant. During the first three months, you will receive full-time training (theory, exams, and practical experience) from professionals in the Security Management field. After the training period, we will guide you towards a suitable employer in your area. We ensure that you have several interviews with appealing employers during your traineeship, for which we will thoroughly prepare you. Ultimately, you will choose where you want to start, whether it be with SMEs, municipal, healthcare, educational organizations, or top 500 companies such as Rabobank, TNO, VDL, Alliander, ONVZ, ASR, NOC*NSF, Van Lanschot, Achmea, or Gazelle. After more than a year of working with People X, you will be employed by the client and receive a salary increase.
Technological developments are advancing rapidly. Cybersecurity risks are increasing, and the impact of dependence on information and infrastructure is also growing. This presents a more complex and challenging problem for organizations. As an Information Security Officer (ISO), you will be a key player in continuously improving the security of information, hardware, and identities. Organizing information security and developing and implementing Security Architecture are crucial functions of an ISO. Aligning Security Architecture with Enterprise Architecture adds direct value and enhances resilience against cybersecurity threats across all departments and the organization as a whole. You will perform your tasks under the supervision of a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with whom you will work closely.
