What Will You Do?
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will ensure the efficient execution of logistics services and projects. In this role, you will also take on the responsibilities of an expediter, maintaining a strict schedule while serving as the primary contact for customs activities and incoterms. You will proactively engage with customers and other stakeholders to foster optimal collaboration between departments. This position involves 100% coordination tasks with no operational duties. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and scheduling transportation, installers, and IT specialists;
Maintaining communication with clients regarding progress updates and addressing any challenges;
Engaging with various stakeholders within a project;
Monitoring task progress and ensuring timely and accurate follow-up;
Managing customs activities;
Collaborating with the warehouse on incoming and outgoing orders to ensure timely delivery to customers;
Ensuring that common goals are achieved.
The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, with workdays from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00. Occasionally, you may need to arrive earlier for international shipments.
