Qualifications
Responsibilities:Install and erect structural steel components based on precise blueprints and specifications. Execute welding and bolting activities to ensure secure assembly of structural elements. Utilize a range of tools and equipment for fabricating, measuring, and cutting steel beams and columns. Operate cranes and aerial lifts safely to position structural components efficiently. Conduct thorough inspections to confirm structural integrity and adherence to safety regulations. Collaborate effectively with welders, fabricators, and engineers to meet project deadlines and budget constraints. Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment. Requirements:High school diploma or GED equivalent. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Ironworker in the construction field. Comprehensive understanding of structural steel components and installation processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings proficiently. Proven track record of safely operating cranes, aerial lifts, and various construction equipment. Exceptional welding and bolting skills. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
