We are on the lookout for a passionate and accomplished Delegate Sales Executive to collaborate closely with our Head of Sales in maximizing delegate revenues across our diverse portfolio of 20 impactful events. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a consistent history of surpassing sales targets, possess a drive for continuous personal and professional development, and exhibit leadership qualities to mentor and inspire colleagues.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Transform delegate sales briefings into actionable sales plans and scripts that effectively communicate the conference value proposition and captivate prospective attendees.
- Account Management: Nurture existing delegate relationships to comprehend their evolving business needs, encouraging them and their colleagues to participate in new conferences and training opportunities.
- New Business Development: Analyze the global utility landscape to generate leads and identify a broader range of prospects, consistently exceeding sales targets for each event.
- Call Management: Utilize Salesforce to build and oversee the sales pipeline through meticulous call tracking, appointment scheduling, prospect advancement, and closing deals to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Productivity Management: Make a minimum of 100 calls daily, resulting in 10 meaningful conversations each day to establish a pipeline that delivers 3-5 delegates per campaign week.
