Preferred Qualifications:• Over 4 years of practical experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies.• Proficient in the TIBCO product suite, including EMS, BusinessWorks, Administrator, Adapters, ActiveMatrix, BusinessStudio, and Hawk.• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), encompassing requirements gathering, design, testing, and production support.• Experience in collaborating with teams across multiple geographical locations and time zones.• Proven leadership in project execution and team management.• Strong design and development capabilities in TIBCO BusinessWorks processes.• Ability to create and interpret mapping documents effectively.• Competence in deploying, testing, and debugging TIBCO components.• Solid understanding of EMS and database concepts.• Exposure to various SDLC methodologies, including waterfall and agile.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Strong background in J2EE, focusing on server-side technologies such as core Java, servlets, and application servers.• Good understanding of XML, XSLT, XPATH, and BPEL.• Familiarity with service-oriented architecture, preferably with prior implementation experience.• Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.• Key responsibilities include implementing, developing, validating, and supporting activities aligned with design and architecture requirements; conducting analysis and suggesting/implementing workarounds; developing and reviewing documentation, code, and test scripts; executing validation activities (functional, integration, system testing); validating reported defects and prioritizing action plans; providing support for UAT, deployment, and cut-over; leading/participating in production support; managing stakeholders; and coordinating onsite-offshore activities.• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with strong client interfacing skills.• Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.• A strong desire to work within a global delivery setting.This position requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
