About Our Education Hub
Catch22 serves young individuals aged 4 to 18 with alternative and special education options, ensuring they thrive in their educational and employment journeys. We provide exceptional teaching and learning experiences through strong, effective relationships, fostering essential life skills and meaningful qualifications.
Your Role
As a Key Worker at Include Norfolk, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing a group of young people and their families. This involves establishing trust through individual sessions, group activities, family visits, and various interventions, including reading and writing support. Your holistic, person-centered approach will guide young individuals from entry to exit, addressing their academic, behavioral, and therapeutic needs while preparing them for post-16 opportunities.
The Key Worker will also create tailored pupil support plans, collaborating with internal and external professionals to enhance development, achievement, and progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Assistant Head Teachers and Pastoral Leads to manage a caseload, assessing and addressing the educational, emotional, and behavioral needs of students.
- Design, implement, and evaluate personalized pupil support plans, focusing on critical baseline data such as attendance and predicted grades.
- Drive attendance initiatives within your caseload, including daily attendance calls, participation in attendance meetings, and executing attendance interventions as directed.
- Ensure seamless delivery of learning by working closely with teaching staff, fostering continuity and effectiveness in educational outcomes.
