Shift Requirement: This position requires availability from 11 AM to 9 PM, with a flexible schedule across 7 days a week. Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekends.

We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $18/hr with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can increase your earnings quickly:
- Pay Range: $18-$20 hourly
- Starting Pay: $18/hr
- At 3 Months: $18.50/hr
- At 6 Months: $19/hr
In your first year, you can progress from $18/hr to $20/hr through our performance-driven Careers Not Jobs program, which includes four merit increases each year. Eligible team members may also receive an additional $0.50 increase in pay every 90 days.
Additionally, Market Operations may offer location-specific performance-based incentives, potentially increasing your earnings even further.
