As the Industrial Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our facility's maintenance and repair operations. Your primary focus will be on preventive and predictive maintenance of processing equipment, buildings, grounds, HVAC systems, and all associated utilities. This leadership position requires you to effectively organize and oversee the schedules and tasks of the Maintenance staff, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, your key responsibilities will include ensuring the optimal performance of production machinery through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. You will also engage in preventive maintenance tasks and participate in various building maintenance activities to support overall operational efficiency. This position operates on a 2nd shift schedule from Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM.
